3: Near miss or damage/piercing -2
4: Damage/piercing -1
5: Full Damage
+5: Damage +1 to +2

Damage level:
-2: Nothing
-1: Cosmetic Damage
0: Surface Damage
1: Deep damage
2: Half-sever/Clean Puncture
3: Sever
4: Obliterate

Armor quality:
-2: Skin or paper
-1: Suit or electronics/thin metal
0: CASKET or light body armor
1: Armored CASKET or thin walls/doors
2: Regular walls/doors
3: Thick blast doors or thick walls
4: Plot armor
